The Luggage Shop of Lubbock has a long history of customer service excellence. In that spirit, we understand that on occasion, product returns may be necessary.
General Product Return Information
Purchases of merchandise that is discounted, marked as clearance or otherwise on sale are considered final. Returns will be accepted if the item was damaged, defective, or if we inadvertently shipped the wrong merchandise.
Images & Product Representation
We strive to assure that all product images and descriptions are faithful to the merchandise. In some cases, patterns and particularly colors may have some variance from what is perceived on our website. Differences in how various devices display images may shift the appearance of an item. In addition, there may be natural variances in manufacturer leathers, fabrics and other materials and these are not considered defects.
We allow 30 calendar days from the date the merchandise is delivered (per shipping information) to return unused and non-personalized items. Items should be in their original packaging, and free of any “wear and tear” or damage. We will be glad to issue a refund, store credit or make an exchange. Monogrammed items cannot be returned.
Requesting A Return
To initiate a return, please contact us beforehand. We may not be able to honor returned items if we were not notified in advance.
We will discuss with you the best route to return the merchandise and we will provide instructions.
Returns are processed when we receive the returned merchandise in satisfactory condition per the above. We will issue a refund, store credit or ship the item to be exchanged, commonly with 14 calendar days.
We will notify you promptly if there are any issues with the return, and keep you updated as to the steps we have taken.
